The Oro-Medonte 77's are very excited to announce that this Saturday's opponent will be the Oro 77's! 

This Saturday, January 30, the newer version of junior hockey in Oro-Medonte will battle the alumni of the original Oro 77's in a matchup that has caused tremendous buzz in the community and beyond. Various members of the original 77's that competed in the Junior 'C' loop from 1977 through 1992 before being sold and moved to Wasaga Beach will return to the ice in the first ever Oro-Medonte 77's Alumni Game.

Itinerary for the evening's festivities are as follows:

6:30pm - 7:20pm  -  Bring your skates and enjoy a free skate with the current players of this year's club!

7:30pm -  Alumni introduction ceremony with our own Mayor Harry Hughes.

7:50 - 9pm  -  Alumni Game

Admission:

Adults  -  $8.00

Under 18  -  $5.00

Under 5  -  Free

Any Oro-Medonte youth wearing a jersey representative of their team is admitted free with a paid adult.

The booster club will be open during the free skate and the Alumni game, as well as for all remaining Friday/Saturday evening games through the end of playoffs, and will host a meet and greet reception upon completion of this epic battle.  All profit from the booster club and reception will be donated to the Oro-Medonte arena reserve fund.
